Services Provided
iHope Behavioral Health LLC provides virtual psychiatric mental health services via telehealth,
including:
Psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Medication management
Individual therapy
Treatment for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health conditions
All services are provided virtually through secure telehealth platforms. We do not provide in-person
services.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who:
Are located in the State of Maryland during telehealth sessions
Are 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)
Have access to a device with internet connection and video capability
Are not experiencing a psychiatric emergency
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed via email or phone
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary
Payment and Insurance
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
We accept major credit cards through our secure payment portal
Insurance coverage varies; please verify your benefits before your appointment
You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance
Telehealth Consent
By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that:
Telehealth involves electronic communication of personal health information
Technical difficulties may occasionally interrupt services
Telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions or situations
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time
Emergency Services
iHope Behavioral Health LLC does not provide emergency services. If you are
experiencing a mental health crisis:

Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Mental health
treatment results vary by individual. iHope Behavioral Health LLC is not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes
constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
